I enjoyed seeing that you had made the list and the particular items on it. In fact, I was a little vague on what the term 'crowdsourcing' means so I appreciate reading that it is synonymous with volunteering.
Your list reminds me of times when I was facing something that really scared me, and I'd make a list of the things I was afraid of, and what I would try to do to address the problem. It helped me focus on what the real challenges were, and to feel that I had some kind of strategy to handle them, and it made the fear less difficult to deal with. It stopped being 'free floating and overwhelming' and became more concrete and simply challenging. Hope it has worked that way for you as well.
